Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days after your order has been placed for us to process your items and have them shipped. Shipping times are Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM PST with the exclusion of national holidays. 

When checking out, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address, it cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Stalli is not responsible for items that have been sent to the incorrect shipping address.

Stalli is not liable for missing packages that have been marked as delivered. If you believe there has been a mis-delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping costs and times are calculated at check-out based on location. Shipping times may change due to unforeseen weather events or circumstances.
